Calendar Insights collects calendar event metadata from your connected Google Calendar account. This includes event titles, times, attendees, and meeting descriptions. We do not download or store actual file attachments — only metadata such as file names and URLs.
Your calendar data is used exclusively to generate analytics, dashboards, and reports within the Calendar Insights platform. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
All OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Data is stored in secured databases with organization-level isolation. We implement role-based access controls and maintain detailed audit logs of all data access.
You can disconnect your Google Calendar account at any time from your Settings page. Upon disconnection, all synced calendar data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You may also request a full data export or immediate deletion by contacting support.
We request read-only access to your Google Calendar. The specific scopes used are: calendar.readonly and calendar.events.readonly. We never modify, create, or delete events on your calendar.
